Na KLPA, temos foco em estudar e analisar a cultura organizacional atrav\u00e9s de uma lente antropol\u00f3gica. Estudamos a experi\u00eancia interna e subjetiva da cultura organizacional entrevistando l\u00edderes e funcion\u00e1rios e coletando dados qualitativos. Tamb\u00e9m estudamos aspectos objetivos da cultura organizacional, como demografia e diversidade de funcion\u00e1rios, al\u00e9m de estruturas organizacionais existentes (por exemplo, iniciativas de D&I e grupos de afinidade, pr\u00e1ticas de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o e reten\u00e7\u00e3o, pol\u00edticas de RH ou outros sistemas relevantes).<\/p>\n
